Nexstar Broadcasting acquired KLST from Jewell Television Corp in late 2004. KLST has a 50-year history of being the news leader for San Angelo and the Concho Valley. The station’s syndicated programming consists of Oprah, Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy and Inside Edition. Under the terms of a joint sales and shared services agreement, KLST provides sales, news, production, technical and maintenance for Mission Broadcasting owned KSAN, the NBC affiliate in San Angelo. KLST and KSAN will enhance their revenue base by utilizing sales projects and better inventory management.
