Elizabeth Ryder
Executive Vice President/General Counsel, and Secretary to Board of Directors
Elizabeth Ryder serves as Nexstar’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary to the company’s Board of Directors. She previously served in this position from January 2017 to June 2022, and was senior legal counsel to Nexstar from 2022 to 2026.
Ms. Ryder served as Nexstar’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel from November 2013 to January 2017 and was appointed Secretary to the Board in 2013. Prior to joining Nexstar, Ms. Ryder served as Vice President – Legal Affairs at First Broadcasting Operating, Inc. Prior to that, Ms. Ryder served as Counsel at the law firm of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in Washington, D.C.
