IRVING, Texas, December 3, 2015 – Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: NXST) announced today that executive management will participate in two December institutional investor conferences in New York City and Santa Monica:

UBS 43rd Annual Global Media and Communications Conference on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at the New York Hilton Midtown. President and Chief Executive Officer, Perry Sook and Chief Financial Officer, Thomas Carter will be participating in a fireside chat at 1:45 p.m. ET followed by a question and answer session. Management will also meet with institutional investors at the conference throughout the day.

Wedbush 2015 California Dreamin’ Technology and Consumer Management Access Conference on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel. Chief Financial Officer, Thomas Carter will be participating in a fireside chat at 12:45 p.m. PT followed by a question and answer session. Mr. Carter will also meet with institutional investors at the conference throughout the day.
