Sinclair, Nexstar Settle Lawsuit

(Cablefax) Sinclair and Nexstar said Monday that they have agreed to settle a lawsuit over the terminated Sinclair-Tribune merger, with Sinclair selling a station and making a $60mln payment to Nexstar.
