(The Wrap) Nexstar to Acquire 75% Controlling Stake in The CW Network

“Nexstar Media Group, Inc. announced Monday that’s it has agreements to acquire 75% ownership interest of The CW from Warner Bros. Discovery and Paramount Global are underway. The previous co-owners will retain 12.5% ownership each and continue producing original scripted programming for the broadcaster.”
