Nexstar Media Inc. has promoted Andrew (Andy) Alford to President of Broadcasting, effective June 1. He will assume oversight responsibility for the long-term strategy and day-to-day operations of Nexstar’s 198 owned and operated television stations across the country and their related digital properties.
Nexstar Media Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: NXST) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.70 per share of its Class A common stock. The dividend is payable on Friday, May 28, 2021, to shareholders of record on Friday, May 14, 2021.

Nexstar Media Inc. will launch Rewind TV, a digital subchannel offering a slate of classic television sitcom hits from the 1980s and 1990s, on September 1, 2021. At its launch, Rewind TV will reach 40 percent of U.S. television households, or nearly 50 million homes, including New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
