Nexstar promoted two experienced broadcast leaders to Vice President and General Manager. Shaun Newell will lead WMBD-TV (CBS) in Peoria, IL, and Joe McGuire will assume the leadership role at WRBL-TV (CBS) in Columbus, GA.
