Station Profile

KSVI, an ABC affiliate was acquired by Nexstar Broadcasting as part of the Quorum acquisition in late 2003. The station also provides non-programming services to Mission Broadcasting station KHMT, the Fox affiliate in Billings. Nexstar consolidated the operations of both stations back in the main KSVI facility. Both stations will improve their revenue share by utilizing sales projects and better inventory management. KSVI’s syndicated programming includes Everybody Loves Raymond, Judge Judy and Entertainment Tonight. In lieu of local news, the stations have leveraged their resources to support many local organizations and causes and are considered vital links in the growth and success of the Billings DMA.
