Cable/ADS penetration is 53% (44% wired, 9% ADS). 17.9% are over the air and 29.1% are broadband-only.  The viewing market includes Virginia Beach (the largest city in Virginia), Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, and the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The local economy is driven by the military, ports, and tourism and Norfolk is the home to the largest naval base in the world.
