WDAF was the first television station on air in Kansas City in 1949. We produce 74 hours of local news each week, and are currently # 1 in all newscasts Monday through Friday.  For more than two decades, FOX4 has been the station that is “Working for You”.   Our franchises like The Problem Solvers, Pay it Forward and Reaching for Excellence, focus on making life better for viewers and showcasing the best of our community.  Working for You is more than just a promise, it is part of our identity and personality and is incorporated into everything that we do. A key strength of FOX4 is our dedication to the community. We support around 600 community events each year, on average. Our strong commitment to the people we serve and our partnerships with local organizations set us apart. FOX4’s syndicated programming includes, LIVE with Kelly & Ryan, The Rachael Ray Show, Jeopardy, Family Feud, Judge Judy and Wheel of Fortune, among others.
