WDVM

Station Profile

WDVM, formerly WHAG was acquired in late 2003 as part of the Quorum Broadcasting acquisition. The station benefits from a strong local management team and by being the only licensed broadcast station in Hagerstown, Maryland. Although the station is included within the Washington, D.C. DMA, historically, it has created a stable advertising base by appealing to local advertisers in the four-state area including Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. The station recently expanded its’ distribution in the Washington D.C. DMA by adding 960,000 homes and will continue to build on its success by focusing on local sales projects and hyper local news coverage. The station changed its’ call sign to WDVM-TV to better embrace connecting with these newly available viewers.
